Week 83: Hidalgo

Well this was a super awesome week!!! We did a zone exchange on Wednesday and I got to work in a different area. They have some deaf investigators which is pretty cool!! We also had a suprise visit from Elder Corbridge of the seventy. He did an awesome job. He talked more about teaching repentance and baptizing converts! Then that night we had stake confrence and Elder Greer was there. He gave some amazing talks as well. I learned so much from both. Elder Greer told a story how when he was a mission president they were trying to get the missionaries to stop eating in the chapel and so they had a special meeting with small districts and talked about the why behind it. It was super cool!!! That is what I need to do, talk about the why behind everything!! It was a super awesome conference!!! Things are going super well out here!! I love my district and the ward out here!!!

Week 82: Hidalgo

What an amazing week!!! We had three day and I learned a ton!! I will just try and touch on the highlights. President's themes for each day were the importance of the book of mormon, always always finding, and charateristics of Jesus Christ. These three things are what I need to focus on to help my area and my district to see the miracles every day!!!

MALENY GOT BAPTIZED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a super amazning day!!! The spirit was strong at her baptism!!! I hope that you all have an amazing week!!!!

Week 81: Hidalgo

Maleny was not baptized this week but is for sure getting baptized this next week!!! On Tuesday we went over and she told us that she didn't think she was ready. So we left her a chapter and she read it and then went to mutual on Wednesday. At mutual she was taught the plan of salvation! She loved it! Then she reread the chapter and prayed and the spirit told her that she needs to get baptized!! Then later she talked to her mom who had been a road block, but her mom told her that she can get baptized on the 14th!!!! So she is going to get baptized!!! I'm super excited for her!!! 

Well this week was super awesome!!! Lots of miracles!!! We found a lady on Saturday and she came to church the next day! She also already has tons of fellowship so I'm super excited for her!!! I love you so much!!! Have an awesome week!!! I will do better with pictures!!!!!!

Week 80: Hidalgo

I'm super excited for this last transfer with Elder Bailey. It's going to be a fun one! Maleny didn't get baptized. We finished teaching her everything but we couldn't get an interview for her, but she will get baptized this next Sunday!!! 

Thank you for all the love that you have for me!! I love you all so much!!! Tell brother Wilson that I'm doing fine!! Thanks for everything!! This week was really good! I got to do a baptismal interview for the zone leaders! The new zone leaders are Elder Jensen and Elder Morgan. They were both in the same district in the MTC as me and Elder Jensen was my comp. I got to do an exchange with Elder Jensen on Saturday! It was super fun!
