As a mission we had a challenge to who could set the most BD's (baptism dates) as a distict!! As a district we set like 57 BD's and we won the challenge!!! It was super cool!!!! The Lord blessed us a lot this week!!!! We also had some good lessons with our investigators. Nicky is looking super good to be baptized on the 25th of October. We also had contact with Magdalena who is going to be baptized on the 1st of November!!! Things are looking super amazing here!!!
We also had interviews with President Maluenda!! Mine was short and sweet. He told me that I really need to learn how to plan. So that is what I'm going to focus on for the next three months!! Making super good plans and more importantly following them. He also said to tell my family hi on Monday so hello from President!! This transfer is going by ridiculously fast. But it's okay!! I love Laredo!!!!
This week on Sunday the Zone leaders did a super good training. They had us all show up to the church in the North, then they blindfolded us and put us in cars and we drove to the church in the South. There they had us sit in a room. Then one by one they led us to a course they had set up. They had tons of yarn just going all over the church. We had to follow the yarn until we made it to the end. But there was a bunch of catches, like two different paths to take. There was also some other missionaires trying to lead us astray or to try and help us that weren't blind folded. But it was super hard!!! But we all finished. I took out of it that we have to do things the Lord's way. The best way to make it through the course was to follow the yarn. That is all we have to do. God and Jesus Christ want to help us and are willing to help us make it to the end. It was a super cool activity!! I liked it a lot!!
This next week is going to be crazy full of exchanges and activites and then next week we get to go to Corpus Christi for a mission tour! I'm super excited for both!!!!! I hope that you all have an amazing amazing day!!!!
