What a week full of miracles!!!
On Friday we got to go to Corpus Cristi!!!! It was super fun. We got to have a meeting with elder Dube of the seventy. He is super awesome. He is full of energy. His trainings were super good. He made us all want to be better missionaries!! We also got stranded at Whataburger on the bay for like two hours after mission tour because our ride went and ate with some of their old members... But it was super fun! I got to see the ocean again!!!
On Sunday Nicky got baptized!!!!! It was super awesome to see her make that decision. The spirit was super strong at her baptisim and she had tons of support there. Also two of our investigators made it to church. The wife's husband is a member but he is in a nursing home right now. Her name is Elsa and then they have a daughter named Isabel. They both came to church!! They said that they liked it a lot and want to keep coming!!
Also on Saturday we got tons of rain!!! And we went and played soccer super early in the morning and when we came back our apartment didn't have light!! SO we got to get ready for the day without light. That was pretty fun!!!
This week I learned not to try and do things on my own. I have to trust more in my companion and especially in God. If we put God first and then work together we are going to have so many miracles. This is the last week of the transfer. I'm excited for what is going ot come next!!!
